  1. Be hypocritical.
  2. Cave in to bullies.
  3. Assume too many responsibilities.
  4. Have more than three high priorities.
  5. Get lost in details.
  6. Be self-righteous.
  7. Reward incompetents.
  8. Lie.
  9. Try to please your enemies.
  10. Mock your followers.
  11. Take superficial action.
  12. Avoid follow-up.
  13. Let staff filter your information.
  14. Tolerate factions.
  15. Don't communicate a sense of urgency.
  16. Ignore the need for vision.
  17. Create dependent followers.
  18. Hoard information.
  19. Be too informal.
  20. Be unsupportive of your associates.
  21. Fail to cultivate trust.
