
- Overpromise.
 - Change previously agreed-upon plans and don't tell the others.
 - Disregard deadlines.
 - Wait to start your portion of any project until it is impossible to do a decent job.
 - Pretend that you're capable of handling work that is out of your league.
 - Consistently seize upon any convenient alibi [ill, tired, stressed out, etc.) to justify your nonperformance.
 - Dedicate neither enthusiasm nor energy to any project.
