- As you listen to the attorneys present arguments and question witnesses, please remember their words do not always reflect a deeply held belief that their side should prevail. It may help if the attorney believes in the client's cause, but it is not a requirement.
- Never forget that if the sides were reversed tomorrow, today's eloquence would be equally passionate on behalf of the other party.
