Returning from a Business Trip
A simple ground rule upon arrival: Get unpacked. Don't leave that chore for later. It will turn into a raven above your door. The sooner you get everything back in place, the better. Other rules: Guzzle water. Eat little. Don't watch television. Take vitamins. Get to bed early. Take this advice from an old road warrior: It works.
