The Silent Treatment

What can silence mean?
  1. They want to avoid you.
  2. They are waiting to hear from you.
  3. There's something more pressing going on.
  4. They want to have additional information or get more work done before they get back with you.
  5. Others?

It doesn't matter. You can't control the response, or lack of one. Get about your business and stop focusing on things beyond your control. If the lack of a response affects you, take action to move on.
