If being nice became a basic requirement in your organization, how many people would have to be let go?
If it is a small number: Why are they still there?
If it is a medium-sized number: What are you doing to turn that group around?
If it is a large number: Why are you still there?

I'm glad you like it. I'm often amazed at how many organizations keep thoroughly unpleasant people on their payroll.
