Class Systems

"Oh no, I don't think the executives need any harassment prevention training. That would be needed for the middle managers and the supervisors. They are much more likely to say or do something inappropriate. And the employees too. They should also be trained."

"The suits have no idea as to what happens in this shop. They don't know what it's like to get their hands dirty. When you look at the people they promote, it's obvious they have no clue as to what it takes to do the job."

"He's privileged, you know. Well-to-do. Probably had a lot of things given to him."
"Do you know anything about his background?"
"No, but I can guess."

"Have you been out to meet the crews in the field? Well, before you go out there, you may want to talk with Ralph. He'll be a good guide. It's like a safari."

"What the hell do those guys know about work? Once you get to that level, you don't really work. You just go to meetings and lunches and crap like that. It's all who you know."
