
There's a bad relationship within the organization. Let's:
- Ignore it;
- Pretend it won't do that much harm;
- Give the parties a decade or two to work things out;
- Try to determine who is more to blame;
- Don't address it directly but instead send everyone to classes and hope something rubs off;
- Tell ourselves that it's good for the group;
- Say something at the next staff meeting about the importance of getting along.
