Managing Relationships



There's a bad relationship within the organization. Let's:

  1. Ignore it;

  2. Pretend it won't do that much harm;

  3. Give the parties a decade or two to work things out;

  4. Try to determine who is more to blame;

  5. Don't address it directly but instead send everyone to classes and hope something rubs off;

  6. Tell ourselves that it's good for the group;

  7. Say something at the next staff meeting about the importance of getting along.
