
As we look over what we do, we need to consider:
- Whether we have the same goal;
- Where our efforts are supportive and where they may collide;
- Whether we have the same core operating values;
- Which information needs to be shared;
- Which information might not be shared;
- Our common barriers and frustrations;
- Problems unique to our respective areas, but which the other should know about;
- How we should handle disagreements;
- What we hope the other person will do; and
- What we hope the other person won't do.
