Over Coffee


As we look over what we do, we need to consider:

  • Whether we have the same goal;

  • Where our efforts are supportive and where they may collide;

  • Whether we have the same core operating values;

  • Which information needs to be shared;

  • Which information might not be shared;

  • Our common barriers and frustrations;

  • Problems unique to our respective areas, but which the other should know about;

  • How we should handle disagreements;

  • What we hope the other person will do; and

  • What we hope the other person won't do.
