A good night's sleep. Corelli on the radio. That new shampoo is great. The coffee is smooth. You put on one of your most comfortable outfits. Your shoes are shined. There's a slight chill in the air when you go out to get the newspaper. Some time is spent to listen to the song birds and check the sky. The work awaits. You know what needs to be done. There is no rush hour even if you're out in it.
