Observations: It's Odd, But...

The person who does the most complains the least.

A short speech may require far more preparation than a long one.

We don't manage time so much as we invest it.

The work of a team of six will probably be done by a team of two.

A vague deadline may be worse than no deadline.

Knowing what is not wanted may be more helpful than knowing what is wanted.

The notetaker can be the most important person on the committee.

A major step toward good management is knowing which practice needs to be stopped.

If you want to move quickly it can help to move slowly.
