Am revising a workshop based on my All I Said Was book. Getting ready for some open seminars on Preventing Harassment. Sending proposals on classes on teamwork, the ADA Amendments Act, and change management. Completing a book on EEO Management and preparing for a Thursday workshop on How to Make Presentations to Councils and Boards.
Discussions with training broker on which subject will have the greatest appeal. That is almost always a coin toss. The Tim Ferris Test of responding to expressions of interest by saying you have some of the product available right now and asking how many they want to order is a good one. Brings things down to earth.
