Music as Therapy

What type of music do you play when you want to improve your mood?

There are the
usual candidates and often they work but, in my case, anything by Aaron Copland starts the recovery.

Bach's Cantatas are great mood lifters. Mozart's Jupiter Symphony. Handel's Concerti Grossi have a similar effect on me. And there is the strange mood-lifting that comes from listening to George Jones; perhaps it flows from the knowledge that things could be much worse if I were the topic of a Jones song.
