Long Day

Met with a very good group today in my workshop on EEO issues. Insightful questions. Friendly bunch. The old dog shuffled off to his car afterwards and headed home. Took a detour past the house where I grew up. It has had several owners over the years. The current ones are into parking cars on the front lawn, which is now devoid of grass. I never thought to propose that option to my parents, but I doubt if they would have entertained it. That was one of the few changes in the neighborhood. Most of it remains the same, at least on the outside. Some of it looked better. By the time I got home, I was ready to prop up my feet and ponder the meaning of life for 10 or 15 minutes. No more than that.
