"You know they don't tell the truth around here."

"Well, they make commitments and then they don't always do what they said they would do."
"Do you think that happens in other organizations?"
"Yeah, I suppose so."
"Do you think it's more of a problem here?"
"I don't know. Probably not. I worked at a place that was much worse."
"Do you or the people on your team ever fail to fulfill commitments?"
"Sure. Sometimes. But we have reasons."

I have better expectation from my office team members, we work friendly and don’t fail to fulfill of commitments.
