New Marketing Techniques

Type A:

  1. Send an unsolicited email.
  2. Follow-up the next day with an email chastising the recipient for not responding.
Type B:

  1. Don't send an email the first day.
  2. Send an email the next day wondering why the recipient has not responded.
There must be some research which shows that criticizing sales prospects is effective.

My favorite is when the sales person basically blames me for not helping him make his numbers for the month/quarter.

I think it ends any chance of making a sale.
