I never thought I'd reach the age where I'd be thought of as an "elder" or "mentor". But here I am, middle manager that I am, in my 50's that I'm flying thru.
I love the way the "Y's" have embraced technology and I'm doing my best to keep up with them. We've managed to trade new innovations and old wisdom - and made our lives much richer and more interesting in the careers we've chosen.
Wouldn't have it any other way!
