Tanmay Vora's book is out!

It is a cleverly designed group of tweets about quality and is an excellent way to spark discussion on that topic.

So often, organizations have workshops on quality and customer service and then fail to follow up with information on how to apply the lessons on the job. Reinforcement is needed and Tanmay has provided a quick and painless forum so supervisors can ease into those subjects.
