Do Something Serious
You can brainstorm, analyze, research, consult, review, revise, plan, reconsider, hone, direct, and organize but eventually it all gets down to someone doing something serious and since things often don't work out, the more things that are seriously tried, the better. The passive organization is the dead one, regardless of how nicely dressed that inactivity is. Some of the biggest business failures in history had very impressive business cards and fancy offices but along the way style and study were mistaken for substance and assumptions were presumed to be truth.
