Very Rarely

Very rarely will you find an organization that:

  • Communicates too much.
  • Consults with its attorneys too much.
  • Motivates too much.
  • Avoids mission creep.
  • Adequately rewards exceptional performers.
  • Is not afflicted by gossip and office politics.
  • Has a decent performance evaluation system
  • Does not suffer from fatigue and distraction.
  • Avoids procrastinating on difficult decisions.
  • Gives sufficient clout to HR.
  • Knows how to handle mavericks.
  • Has thoroughly productive staff meetings.
  • Devotes proper attention to hiring decisions.
  • Continues to tap into the knowledge of its retirees.
