Not ready - Not the right degree - Who'd listen? - Haven't mapped it out - It's probably already been done - They'll make fun of me - I'm sure there's someone better - I need more information - My friends told me to sit tight - What if I succeeded? - Don't have enough money - They seem so much smarter than I am - Perhaps in another five years or so - What if I fail? - I may not be a good fit - Better the devil you know - I'm not young enough - I'm not old enough - I'm not in the mood - I've got to do this first - My privacy would be gone - There are parts of being successful which I wouldn't like - I need to keep my options open.
