  7. Friendly and reasonable customers.
  8. Easily accessible resources.
  9. Good equipment.
  10. Predictable outcomes.
  11. Sufficient time for work and rest.
  12. Few unnecessary interruptions.
  13. A stable home life.
  14. Respect.
  15. A safe and clean environment.
  16. Opportunities to improve.
  17. A sense of accomplishment.

Consider how many of the above items are within your control and how, in areas where control may be lacking, it can be established.
