Problems and Solutions

I have concluded that a large part of management is determining which problems resist solution because, despite their being identified as problems, they are subconsciously embraced as solutions to other problems.

We err in searching for a solution to one problem without also looking for a more constructive solution to the problem our pressing problem was meant to resolve.
