Courtroom Fashion: Ponytail Power

Anyway, while perusing reader comments, I spotted the lawyers. They all wrote that, in the office and in court, the ponytail rules. It stops a woman's hair from getting in her eyes during document production. The high ponytail is "sleeker" and maintains a professional look. One poster said that "I would never go to court with my slightly below shoulder length hair down . . . most people tend to flip back their hair without even noticing and it can become distracting."
