Circulate this to your employees:
Cultural Offering discovers a touch of Aristotle at the car wash. An excerpt:
As I paid, an employee stopped by to ask him whether a potential employee had called. Our cashier recited the calls he had taken, clarified who would be calling and what should be said, then helped the next customer just in time. The air freshener guy was lingering, discussing air freshening techniques and the cashier explained that cotton balls can be placed in an ashtray and soaked in whatever fragrance you wish, placed under the seat and freshen for some time. He explained in the manner that a good physician would instruct you on treatment. He oozed competence.
