Leadership Checklist

1. Enough money? Not as much as we want but it will do. Check.
2. Enough personnel? Not as many as we'd like, but we have enough. Check.
3. Solid products and services? Very good and they'll soon be even better. Check.
4. Competent leadership? Well, the CEO has been here for quite a while.
5. Competent leadership? There have been some successes over the years.
6. Competent leadership? We don't want to get into personalities.
7. Competent leadership? It would be a hassle to change.
8. Competent leadership? Not for what we need to do now.
