Veterans Employment Protection

You've heard (and probably lived by) the familiar at-will refrain -- you can fire an employee for any reason or no reason, so long as it's not an illegal reason. Well, for returning veterans, that rule doesn't apply. USERRA protects returning veterans from discharge without cause.
