I don't want you to hint. I don't want you to "say something."
I want you to tell me.
That means direct and to the point. It doesn't mean Victorian novel or James Joyce or poetry. It doesn't mean filtered, parsed or weighed.
It means as clear as clear can be. Use that for good news and for bad and for all of those items in-between. We can dress it up later and shine its shoes, but for now, straight talk.
