
Last night, I was working on the draft of a book on EEO management - identifying certain basics, and thinking about the proper order of the subjects - when my memory clicked in on some colorful incidents. Each one involved the sort of thing that is not usually talked about but which can powerfully influence the quality of the job and whether or not the person succeeds.
