I started taking Zicam each time I started feeling achy or sneezy this winter and guess what: I never got a cold. None. Zero colds all winter. That is some sort of record.
I've encountered some real Zicam fans. The only time I tried it was probably too late for it to have the proper effect. This is the first cold I've had in a long time but I'd better stock up.

Nyquil is my choice. I used to use Robotussin DM --not sure why I switched.
You have my sympathy--I am also pretty sick.
I'm not sick often enough to knpw to behave.
