Have you ever noticed that:

1. Universities which, after all, teach subjects such as management, have some of the worst personnel practices?
2. Medical offices that one would suppose would be ultra-caring, often assign some of their most abrupt employees to the front desk?
3. Civil rights groups that once marched for color-blind policies now disdain that thinking as anti-civil rights?
