There is more wisdom in this post by Wally Bock than in most management books. It should be mandatory reading for supervisors.

Wow. Thanks for the kind words. I'm feeling good, even as I realize that the wisdom in that post was Bud's, not mine.
The funny thing is those things should just be normal behavior, I can never work out why they are not important to seemly the majority of people, especially the young.
I liked reading Wally's stuff and I bought his "kit", I enjoyed reading it.
Wally has one of the best sites out there. He is always worth reading. No nonsense and to the point.
