Make a point of revisiting plans with your team or else you will later discover, to your detriment, that not everyone is heading in the same direction. Plans are not only changed by circumstances, but also by interpretation. When it comes to the latter, some people will embrace an artistic license that transforms more than it amends. What you once thought were basic, unalterable truths may now be regarded as negotiable.
