Discourtesy

Life is hard enough without people who engage in discourtesy.
Especially irritating are those who try to excuse such behavior.

There is no excuse.

The people who are kind, patient, and courteous are not without pain, frustration, and failure in their lives. Some - I suspect many - have far more pain than the yellers and complainers. They simply make the effort to avoid inflicting their problems on others. They missed class on the day when someone said that was all right to share your troubles with the world. My guess is they were working.
