There already are a lot of zombies in bars so what's the problem?

Themes are great, and they obviously attract a particular crowd. I guess when you go out you pay for the atmosphere, otherwise you'd just stay home and eat and drink. Differentiation...invites choice
The best family restaurant I have visited was "The Rain forest Cafe" http://www.rainforestcafe.com/ in San Francisco, seems there are several. You walk into the big store and the restaurant is "out the back" on three levels of course. Very hard to avoid purchasing something in the store before or after you eat, especially with kids. Great marketing....
